• You work closely with doctors in your home: women, therapeutic professionals and other stakeholders and ensure that information is kept up and up to date. • You take care responsibility for your residents: from the demand survey to the planning of measures to regular evaluation. • Your ability to observe helps to identify risks, resources and current developments at an early stage and to classify them in a clear and practical manner. • You participate in the creation and adaptation of individual care plans and provide a well-founded care tailored to the person.

• Experience in palliative accompaniment and human sense is highly appreciated by professionals in the home area: you accompany residents: both in and relatives respectfully in sensitive phases. • A state-approved nursing training with exams is the basis for this position — ideally with first professional experience in one of the areas in question. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • Quick integration and a good orientation in new environments are your strengths — you can quickly find yourself in teams and get helpful. • willingness to work for several weeks or months outside the home
