For our organization, projects & digital innovation business unit, we are looking for a:n Senior Project Manager:in with focus on project management office (w/m/d)Entgeltgruppe 14 TVöD VKA The project management office of the BSR is an active driver for projects in the digital transformation as a central unit with content impulse function. The project management office supports significant large projects, especially through the professional project management, and continuously expands the tools and standards of the BSR project management. You develop our project management office by defining and implementing appropriate standards, efficient processes and modern methods as well as instruments. You design and control targeted training and development programs to sustainably increase the know-how of our project management in the company. You take over the management of company-wide (IT, process, organizational) projects from initial briefing to successful transfer and integration into operational operations. You establish a structured cooperation between all relevant roles in the project business such as project management, portfolio management and controlling to ensure the highest level of professionalism in the implementation of our projects.

Completed scientific higher education (Diplom / Master) in (economic) informatics, economic, social or engineering Long-term professional experience in managing strategy or company-wide projects Experience in building or expanding a project management office Basic IT knowledge on IT-intensive projects Certification by recognised project management methods (PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA) and agile methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, etc.)

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular tariff adjustments, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL).
