You are communicative and want to act as an interface between the company and the customer? Then start as a specialist in customer care (m/w/d) and become part of the success story You are first contact person as a customer manager and answer questions by phone and in writing You collect customer orders and ensure a reliable and timely order processing You independently process complaints, returns and credits and direct debits You enter international customers and communicate safely in German and English You work closely with internal departments and ensure high service quality Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities

You have a completed three-year commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, businessman for office management or a comparable qualification Ideally you bring experience in customer service, sales service or specialist customer service You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You work structured, service-oriented and keep track of multiple processes
