You are responsible for the advice, education and guidance of patients:in the outpatient continuance care. You visit our patients: inside their homes and make sure that the aids are running smoothly. This includes the instructions of patients: inside and, if necessary, Members and, if necessary, also the clarification of possible questions with the prescribed doctor. You'll start visiting reports and care documentation using iPad. You will independently visit cooperating physician practices to maintain existing customer relationships and keep contact with doctors and practice staff. Together with our key account, you will visit new doctoral practices to introduce PubliCare as a cooperation partner.

You are examinated health caregiver:in or nursing Career Ideally, you already have experience in the supply of continual patients:inside, especially in the field of ISK. It is advantageous if you already have first experience in the field service or outpatient care. But it is not a must. You have a friendly appearance and a high team orientation.
