As part of the central administration of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), the Central Department 4 – Real Estate at all TUM sites ensures that scientists from all over the world provide, maintain and adapt the best possible infrastructure for research and teaching and to adapt to changing framework conditions. In order to complement our team at the Munich site, we are looking for you at the next possible time as a material processing (m/w/d) event and area management (in full time, unlimited) Your task area

• Coordination, award and rental of all lecture halls, areas and rooms for events and congresses at Munich, Garching, Munich Airport and Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen
• Support for external events and congresses – from request to billing
• Creation, testing and management of lease and use contracts
• coordination with internal and external contacts as well as building and area management
• Ensuring organisational and legal requirements in event operation
• Support for further tasks in area management

Your profile You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/FH) in commercial, business or administrative area or completed commercial or administrative vocational training with relevant Professional experience, ideally complemented by a further education or a comparable Qualification. Professional experience in the contract, event or administrative environment is advantageous. Knowledge of the real estate, university or public administration environment is welcome, but no prerequisite. They work independently, carefully and reliably. You have experiences with the specific requirements and peculiarities of the university's operation. You will also enjoy a dynamic environment. Their work is characterised by a high level of liability and systematics. Also in problem situations, you can keep an overview and prioritize the topics that are up to date. A constructive and networked cooperation in the team is of course for you.

The design of the employment relationship and the remuneration depend on the TV-L according to your qualifications and professional experience, the employment is unlimited. We offer you a safe workplace and a fixed area of responsibility at the Munich office.

The TV-L includes 30 days of vacation and two other days of work on 24.12. and 31.12.
