For our well-known client LIEBHERR in Biberach we are looking for several NC programmers (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Creation and adaptation of NC programs for 3- and 4-axis machines with TopSolid7
• Creation of production documents, such as clamping and tool blades
• Selection of suitable tools and clamping means
• Correction, optimization and maintenance of existing NC programs
• Installation, maintenance and updating of tool data in the TDM system
• Implementation of requirements from the team and development of own ideas for process optimization in the field of micromechanics
• Support in the further development of programs and production aids

Technical requirements

• Completed training in a metal job, ideally as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) (m/w/d) in the field of mechanical engineering
• Experience in the application of TopSolid7
• Experience in handling TDM systems
• Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Communication skills, initiative and joy in team collaboration
