You love making brand messages visible with authentic content? Then become part of our online marketing team and take over responsibility for the UGC (User-generated content) field and maintain our creator communities, influencers and campaigns with real impact. Build and maintain an active community of content creators and influencers Briefing, control and support of Creator collaborations (e.g. Reels, product reviews, TikToks) Selection and quality control of content for Paid Channels, Social Ads, Newsletter & Landing Pages Planning, implementation and monitoring of influencer campaigns – including contract management and KPI tracking Analysis and testing of various creatives to continuously optimize performance and brand awareness Development of new ideas how we can integrate Creator content even better into our marketing strategy

You have a degree in marketing, communication, media management or a comparable qualification First professional experience in online marketing, ideally focusing on UGC or influencer campaigns, you already bring You have a good feeling for social media trends, storytelling and authentic content The handling of creators, from briefing to performance evaluation, gives you pleasure Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing are among your strengths
