As a production worker (m/w/d) in Wegberg, you work directly in ongoing production and make sure that machines, plants and processes fit together reliably. If you like to put on hand and have an eye for quality, this place fits you well.

• You serve machines and plants in the production process and pay attention to the fact that the work steps interlock cleanly.
• In the inspection and quality check, you carefully check the finished parts for discernible deviations.
• The documentation of production is also part of the process to ensure that quantities, processes and results remain comprehensible.
• You are helping to ensure a smooth process in shift operation and are attentive to changes in the process.
• Depending on the application, you can easily carry out and rework around production and keep your work area neat.
• Through your careful work, you contribute to the quality and speed of everyday life.

We are looking for

For this position, you fit well if you are reliable, you like to work practically and feel comfortable in an industrial environment. You can also get a good start here as a professional starter with first experience.

• First experience in machine operation or plant operation is helpful, but no long professional experience is absolutely necessary.
• A safe handling of quality testing and visual inspection helps you achieve good results in everyday life.
• readiness for shift work is important because the operation is in operation.
