We are now looking for a staff development (m/w/d) in Dresden.

Profile

• Successfully completed (specialized) university studies (psychology, pedagogy, economics etc.) or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources and a strong expertise in personnel development, ideally in an industrial company
• Self-employed, targeted and structured work
• Embossed organizational, communication and moderation capability
• A balance between strategic thinking and creativity
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office products and ready-to-use experiences with digital learning formats and learning platforms
• Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous for cooperation with international colleagues

Your duties as a speaker

• Advice and support of our specialists and executives in all personal development topics
• Responsibility for the design, implementation, evaluation and strategic development of measures, instruments, appropriate infrastructure and processes for targeted personnel development
• Development of needs-oriented training and training offers with support of the HR system
• Planning and organisation of training, workshops and other personnel development measures with internal and external trainers
• Support in designing budget planning and controlling in personnel development
