Team management & customer service Leadership and support of our customer service team with currently 3–4 employees Planning of daily tasks and ensuring a smooth process Contact person for difficult customer requests, complaints and escalations Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction Operational daily business Responsibility for the daily business in the customer service of an online retailer Supporting processes around orders, payments, returns and customer requests Cooperation with other departments such as logistics, purchasing and IT Support of dealer and partner requests Processes and systems Optimization and further development of our customer service processes Maintenance of guides and internal documentation Work with CRM, ERP and ticket systems Support in improving digital service processes

Multiannual experience in customer service Free from e-commerce, online trading or a service-oriented environment Experience in managing small teams of advantage, e.g. as team leader Customer Service (w/m/d) / Teamlead Customer Service E-Commerce (w/m/d) Structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Safe handling of digital systems and office applications Very good German knowledge and good English skills Self-responsible work and hand-on mentality Interest in motorcycles is nice, but no requirement
