Group Leader Software Robotics (m/f/d)

In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of a team of automation engineers, which is responsible for programming the robotics and mover systems on multiuse machines. You analyze existing processes within the department and in cross-departmental cooperation and implement optimizations. With your team, you take over the further development of our cross-platform software standards and ensure the integration of these development results in our pharmaceutical plants. You support and coordinate your team during project implementation until commissioning. In cross-departmental interface work, you work closely with other disciplines to generate best solutions for our customers.

You have a completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable qualification. You will be happy to use your existing leadership experience to guide your team efficiently and purposefully. Multiannual programming experience and very good knowledge in the areas of SPS and Motion Control, ideally on the systems of Rockwell and Siemens you are already bringing with you. Joy in technology and cooperation in the team as well as your strong social, conceptual and methodological expertise are yours. Secure English skills and an occasional readiness to travel complete your profile.
