Project Manager Process Optimization & Automation (m/f/d)

You drive forward the end-to-end automation of our core and support processes. To do this, you model the Würth Process House together with the departments, identify systematically automation potentials, evaluate business cases, develop target processes & target architectures. You accompany the cultural transformation through training, enablement and best practices. Strategically you work closely with the experts: inside the department and our internal department Data & AI. Here you integrilate their know-how in scalable solutions. You are responsible for the following tasks:

The inclusion, modelling and optimization of end-to-end processes are your responsibility. Automation and improvement potentials along existing processes are systematically identified and evaluated by you. You will develop findings of process analyses based on actual and target designs, relevant key figures, bottlenecks, sources of errors and maturity assessments. Together with the Data & AI team as well as Würth IT, you develop target processes and related technical architecture. You will also actively contribute to the cultural change towards more automation - for example through professional stakeholder management as well as communication and training concepts. In addition, you train employees, transfer knowledge and support the development of best practices in the process and automation environment.

The basis of your profile is a successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on project management or strategic business development, as well as a commercial training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification. Experience in process management, business analysis or change management already brings you - ideally in areas such as sales, purchasing, logistics or finance. A well-founded understanding of processes and process modeling distinguishes you. In project management, you could already gain practical experience and move safely into cross-disciplinary structures. IT knowledge or a strong interest in technical and digital relationships are of advantage. Personally, you convince with communication strength, quick understanding and a high degree of self-responsibility and self-organisation.
