For our self-service beer garden with barbecue specialties and cold kitchen at Hotel Forsthaus with 130 seats, we are looking for you as:

Chef/Köchin beer garden kitchen (m/w/d) Full time, 33 hours/week from Thursday - Sunday.

Your main tasks include:

• Bring food and ideas to our beer garden
• independent work in the beer garden kitchen
• Responsibility for organizing a smooth process in the beer garden kitchen
• Professional and cost-conscious preparation, preparation and reprocessing of hot and cold dishes of the beer garden menu
• Optimum use of food and raw materials with the focus on sustainability
• Ensuring a high and consistent quality of food, taste and presentation
• Providing and preparing the Mise en Places
• Compliance for careful handling of kitchen machines and facilities
