Responsibility for the design of flexible assembly systems according to customer requirements in the field of electric drivetrain for the automotive industry Implementation of process and plant design in cooperation with the customer and the internal departments Creation of technical offers and costing documents according to the request specifications and customer load specifications Development of plant concepts for laser material processing according to customer requirements in coordination with the experts both at the customer and at GROB Design of system technology and process parameters and times in close coordination with suppliers and laser system manufacturers Main contact partner for technical offer creation with regard to load specification assessment and all technical requirements for laser system technology Responsibility for customer communication and ensuring the technical interface to the customer's specialist area Participation in change management

Complete mechanical engineering studies or technical training with specialist training to the technician, ideally focusing on arc-based processes Multiannual professional experience in machine and plant engineering, preferably experience in laser technology and laser application Teamability and flexibility as well as high communication capability Takeover of communication responsibility and proactive participation in discussions Very good knowledge of how to use current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as readiness to travel for national and international customer visits
