Working Student Project Portfolio Management*

The Project Portfolio Management (PPM) manages all strategically relevant projects within the Viridium Group – from the first idea to the planning and implementation to the conclusion. The aim is to create transparency, to set priorities properly and to coordinate resources appropriately. The focus is on the comprehensive planning, control and documentation of the project portfolio: What projects can be implemented when? Where are bottlenecks, dependencies or synergies created? And how to ensure that budgets, governance and timetables are adhered to? As a working student, you support the team in evaluating project capacities, creating roadmaps and developing processes and tools. You work with internal and external project leaders: both inside and the central PMO, prepare analyses, documents and presentations – and take on your own small projects with interest.

Current bachelor's or master's degree with economic or information technology focus First practical work experience, e.g. through internships, university projects or student work activities Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint First knowledge in the handling of databases, macros or simple scripts (e.g. Python) are of advantage, but no need Very good German knowledge (C2) in word and writing, good English knowledge Availability for at least 12 hours per week over a period of 12 months – more in the lecture-free period
