You are complex procurement processes independently and legally secure from the first market exploration to the final award. You design and conduct European (VgV) and national (UVgO) procurement procedures for supply and services. You advise the specialist departments to choose the optimal type of award and assist in the creation of legally safe performance descriptions. You develop appropriate suitability and award criteria as well as valuation matrices to determine the most economical offer. You create the award documentation and edit Rügen in close coordination with the department.

Required: You have completed university studies (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in the fields of administrative, business or economic law. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification, e.g. an administrative specialist and have at least five years of practical professional experience in the implementation of supply/service contracts. You have extensive expertise in procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO) and in household law (BHO/LHO). Their knowledge of German corresponds at least to level C1 according to the common European reference framework (GER).
