They actively shape HR relevant topics in the field of TÜV Rheinland Service GmbH. You are a strategic partner for management and support in the long-term planning and implementation of personnel measures. They accompany personnel processes and develop and lead HR projects. For the business, in cooperation with our Employment Law area, you take over the legal advice and the creation of the overall business agreements. At the decisive level, you act as a team player within our broad team of HR service functions in Germany and HR managers in our global regions. You position yourself as a trusted partner*in vis-à-vis works councils and bodies, negotiate your goals in a result-oriented manner and manage the session contents. Our local and global HR instruments and standards target you and work with our global HR controller.

Successfully completed studies of economics, law, psychology with a focus on human resources or comparable training Comprehensive professional experience in a HR role as a strategic business partner*in an international group Experience in the management of HR projects and knowledge in labour law Comprehensive experience in cooperation with works councils and in the independent negotiation of business agreements High consulting and solution competence in the range of HR topics as well as a pronounced customer and business orientation A strong communication capability and a pronounced social competence and readiness to change complete their profile German knowledge of native language, very good English knowledge and the readiness for occasional travel Experience in handling SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
