Site Quality Head - Bad Vilbel (m/f/d)

In this key role, you take the overall responsibility for the quality organization at our site including QC laboratory. You work closely with the Site Leadership Team as well as the quality organisations of other locations and our international quality cluster. As a strategic business partner, you are instrumental in patient safety, compliance, operational excellence and business success. You ensure excellent operational quality and drive the continuous improvement in quality, service, throughput times and costs You lead and develop the quality function at the site and anchor the quality philosophy in the organization You support the implementation of the corporate vision through clear decisions, strategic thinking and active change management You ensure complete compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (GxP, ISO, HACCP) for medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices and cosmetics You make sure that the site is “Inspection Ready” at any time and prepares inspections of authorities and customer audits proactively You drive process improvements by using modern quality methods, audit programs, CAPA systems as well as effective feedback and complaint processes and using digital solutions that support the future of quality management You participate in global projects and ensure the successful and timely implementation of the results at the site, including innovative initiatives in the areas of digitalization, automation and AI-based quality processes You are responsible for the quality organization budget and provide the necessary resources to achieve the location goals You win, develop and bind powerful employees through targeted promotion, coaching, mentoring and consistent employee development

You have a successfully completed university degree in pharmacy, natural sciences or a comparable subject area You have at least ten years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry You have detectable leadership experience in pharmaceutical production, quality control or quality assurance, ideally in a position as a Site Quality Head or Area Manager Ideally you bring experience as a Qualified Person (QP) You have well-founded knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical environment You have strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and change skills as well as the ability to build and develop powerful teams You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
