You implement the development and development of the company-wide AI architecture as well as the definition of standards, methods and processes for all AI-based projects in the BGV. You take over the development and design of scalable, safer and future-oriented system architectures and landscapes for AI applications (e.g. LLM integration, RAG, agent systems, forecast models, process automation) In doing so, you act as an interface in the technical coordination between data engineering, development, IT management, departments and external partners You are responsible for the selection, introduction and integration of modern AI frameworks, libraries and cloud solutions (e.g. Azure) Also monitor data architecture, data flows and data interfaces for optimal supply of AI models and drive their continuous improvement Ensure compliance, privacy and IT security requirements when using AI solutions You act as a consultant/coach (m/w/d) of departments and other IT units in implementing AI projects With Wissbegierde, you will analyze new technologies and trends in the AI sector as well as assess potential usage scenarios for the BGV

completed studies of (economic) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or comparable qualifications; as an alternative to many years of experience in IT and system architecture, ideally in the environment of AI or data platforms Knowledge of modern software, system and data architecture, as well as the construction of AI infrastructures and integration landscapes (On-Premises & Cloud) Experience in the design and implementation of complex IT/data architectures as well as standardized interfaces for AI/ML applications Practice in the selection, implementation and orchestration of AI frameworks and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) Knowledge of regulatory requirements for data protection, IT security and compliance in the AI environment Ability to communicate technical concepts in a structured and comprehensible manner and convince different stakeholders Analytical thinking and innovation joy combined with design and implementation strength Joy of knowledge transfer and continuous development
