In this key position, you are the driving force for our global growth in electrical and hybrid drive systems. You identify strategic projects and support the sales team in positioning our technological unique features in the market. Identification of projects and tenders: Global identification and development of new building projects focusing on hybrid and fully electric drive solutions Technical analysis: Evaluation of complex tenders and definition of optimal system architectures with the integration of own components and external systems Solution-oriented support in sales: Integrated system solutions instead of single products – integration of electric motors, inverters, inverter technologies and battery storage Strategic networking: Building and maintaining resilient partnerships for early influence on specifications and project definitions

You understand electrical drive systems in detail and can convincingly convey their technical and economic advantages. Qualification: (Fach-)Hochschul-Studium of electrical engineering, drive technology, power electronics or comparable qualification System integration expertise: Experience gained in the design and integration of frequency inverters and inverter technologies Knowledge in the field of battery storage systems and energy management in the maritime electrical system Ability to display efficiency advantages and power density of modern electric motors in a technically sound manner Industry knowledge: Experience with maritime requirements such as classification societies, EMC, shock requirements Languages: English and very good German skills Mindset: Embossed understanding of animal structures and the ability to selectively convince both end customers and integrators readiness to (inter-)national missions up to a share of approximately 20%
