Process manager in the home emergency call (m/f/d)

You will be part of the process team “Hausnotruf-Technik”, “Customer departure” and “Hilferuf” and perform the following tasks: Testing: You test emergency call solutions for possible use with the Maltesers Concept & implementation: You develop sustainable, measurable measures for technical security and implement them cross-functionally (with IT, Purchasing, Service, HNR headquarters) Analysis & Optimization: You systematically identify process weaknesses along the tool life cycle (creation, operation, maintenance, return) and initiate concrete improvements Interface function: You always agree with other process managers and other process participants for a common success.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of technology, computer science and digitalization or have a comparable training. Project work is nothing new for you and you are familiar with common tools for process analysis and optimization.
