As a cross-sectional function of GCSP (Global Customer Service & Parts), the Quality and Environmental Management team is directly assigned to the head of the ''Control & Design Global Supply Chain Network'' section and is responsible for further cross-sectional tasks for GCSP and Mercedes-Benz AG in addition to the quality and environmental management topics.
