Number: MER0003L0H Environmental protection/environmental management has a high priority in the after-sales sector of Mercedes-Benz Group AG: all directly managed sites of after-sales logistics are certified according to ISO 14001 (and 9001). As a cross-sectional function of GCSP (Global Customer Service & Parts), the Quality and Environmental Management team is directly assigned to the head of the ''Control & Design Global Supply Chain Network'' section and is responsible for further cross-sectional tasks for GCSP and Mercedes-Benz AG in addition to the quality and environmental management topics. As part of the Environmental Management/Environmental Protection Responsibility, we support the various departments and locations of GCSP in Germany in operational environmental protection with the aim of ensuring compliance-compliant processing and conducting internal controls/audits. As part of the spare parts business, we coordinate and support the implementation of the related environmental requirements. These challenges include: Support for the management of waste and water protection and the preparation of annual reports Support for the collection and allocation of action needs from approval decisions Participation in the implementation and further development of the environmental management system ISO 14001 Working with the care and updating of the (environmental) legal disaster Identification of environmental risks for GCSP sites and GCSP products and assessment on the basis of the legal situation Support for various other tasks in the field of environmental management

Programme in the field of environmental sciences, environmental management, environmental law, administrative law, or a comparable degree programme First knowledge of environmental management standards (ISO 14001) of advantage Fun at work with environmental legislation Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing required Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
