The HARTMANN Group is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (w/m/d) with a focus on Commercial Law and non-technical IP; and Trademark law. As a competent business partner for legal Questions of a Business Division and other subsidiaries provide advice and possible solutions for all activities of this Divisions on legal issues in all potential legal areas, including but not limited to trademark law, Community law, EC law, EC law, EC law, EC law, EC law Health and legal disputes. You work closely with various specialist areas and contribute with your expertise to secure and further develop our Business activities. They lead our brand law team and provide a decisive contribution to the success of the HARTMANN Group.

• Tasks: -

· Business partner in the team of Director Corporate Commercial for Management, Management Team of the Business Division and Other Internal Customers · Head of the Trademark Law Team in the Central Legal Department · Legal advice for a Business Divison with a focus on Trademark Law, Copyright, Medical Device Law Competition Law and general civil law. · Development, implementation and optimization of groups non-technical IP strategy to increase efficiency and Effectiveness in line with the HARTMANN Group's global IP strategy · Draft, audit and negotiation of contracts and management of Contract templates · Analysis and determination and handling of legal risks of transactions the business division and subsidiaries in accordance with global strategy and standards of HARTMANN · Advice and approval of advertising and other materials · Representation of HARTMANN Group to business partners, authorities and specialist organisations · Legal developments and implementation of relevant insights into the daily work of Corporate Legal

· Successfully completed first and second legal State exams, Master of Laws (LLL.M.) or a comparable qualification · experiences in legal advice, ideally with team responsibility, in particular in the field of brand law and/or healthcare ·Expressed analytical skills and excellent negotiating and Communication competencies · Intercultural understanding as well as the ability to in a global Environment to act · High reliability, personal integrity, flexibility and Ready-to-use · Flowing English and German knowledge in word and writing
