You will work together with your colleagues for customs processing of imports and exports, create and check all customs documents You coordinate cooperation with purchasing, specialist areas, logistics partners and customs service providers You process demand requirements of consumables or external services, collect offers, conduct price negotiations and support in the selection of economic providers as well as for award decisions and ensure smooth running along the supply chain You create orders in the SAP system, follow delivery dates and invoices and tax returns as well as repair processing with suppliers You monitor deadlines, value limits and customs procedures, reflect digital documentation and guide improvements and recommendations for internal processes

You have a completed commercial or technical training with a state-approved training (e.g. specialist*) or a bachelor, master and/or Diploma studies with first professional experience (e.g. in business management, economic law, logistics or supply chain management) You have several years of professional experience in the operational customs processing (import and export) as well as in procurement processes, contract management or purchasing, and have a well-founded knowledge of customs tariffs, customs valuation and Incoterms 2020 You work safely with MS Office, SAP, databases and the ATLAS customs system You work structured and process-oriented, analyzes complex facts and develop practical solutions You convince by sense of responsibility, safe occurrence and trusting cooperation with internal and external contacts You communicate well in German and English in word and writing
