We are looking for a mastermind (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• You have the overall condition of the buildings in view and in case of defects you actively intervene by taking over repair and repair work, possibly also painting work or by initiating.
• They provide order and cleanliness in buildings and outdoor facilities
• Tours (inspection courses) at building facilities and the control of energy needs (heating etc.)
• They coordinate and maintain subcontractors

What you should bring:

• Ideally completed craft or technical training
• Valid car driving license of class B
• Handicraft skill
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• First experience in home technology or facility management of advantage
• Good German language skills
