As a project manager (m/w/d), you act as a contractor's representative and contribute to interesting and diverse free space, construction and infrastructure projects of superior importance for the Land of Berlin. You take responsibility for interdisciplinary project projects in the field of integrated urban development - sports and youth with a focus on building and ensuring a professional project and construction management throughout the project. Your tasks include: Project management within the role of Grün Berlin as a public specialist Project management Process control, controlling and reporting, coordination of the contractors involved Quality assurance of functional, sustainable and economic projects from demand planning to completion Implementation and management of procurement and tender procedures taking into account the applicable statutory and budgetary requirements The position shall be taken as of 01.01.2027 and shall be limited for the first time to the project duration of 5 years. Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or comparable degree Mind. 5-year professional experience in a comparable position as well as in-depth knowledge in the field of project and construction management as well as in project management, in particular in the cost- and time-saving management of public construction projects Excellent communication and cooperation capability as well as proven presentation and moderation capabilities Knowledge of the award regulations of the Land Berlin (LHO, HOAI, VOB, VOL, VgV) and the ABau and specialist regulations Self-employed, predictive, careful and absolutely reliable operation German language skills (min.
