We are now looking for a Sales Assistant for our location in Heidelberg.

Active support of the sales team in operational and organizational issues Close and trusting cooperation with the team and management Support of the sales team in maintaining the CRM system and creating reports for evaluation Sales team support, operational – from offering and event management to tool care and reporting to onboarding and quality monitoring Support of the sales team in the back office for customer appointments, preparation of presentations, maintenance of customer data and protocols.

Completed training in a relevant profession or university degree Reliable experience in a similar position in sales or as sales support High level of reliability, discretion and loyalty Empathy, team skills and flexibility Solution-oriented operation and independent takeover of responsibility Excellent communication skills in German and English Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel Openness to new topics and rapid understanding Experiences in Sales Tools, such as CRM, SalesForce
