We are looking for several employees (m/w/d) in full time/ part time for the telephone customer service at the St. Ingbert and Völklingen site. Supporting the existing customers on different channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) Disclosure of information about products, services and other services Quick and efficient collection and processing of customer requests Processing of complaints and order information Coordination of dates for local branches Keeping customer satisfaction

A completed commercial training as well as first experience in customer contact are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Customer and end-oriented operation Good PC knowledge Contact with people gives you pleasure Conflicts can be targeted and customer-friendly Very good and dialect-free German knowledge in word and writing Ready to work on weekends too
