Electrical Engineer as Project Manager Planning/Construction Substations (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for an electric engineer as project manager Planning/Bau Umspannwerke (m/w/d)* for our location in Bad Segeberg or Quickborn near Hamburg until 31.12.2027.

You will technically accompany the network expansion in Schleswig-Holstein in connection with the energy transition and guide the implementation of construction and maintenance projects in the 110kV substation area. You participate in budget creation and are responsible for budget implementation of complex projects and measures. You are responsible for the appointment, performance, quality assurance and acceptance of projects. In order to ensure compliance with common occupational safety regulations and environmental protection regulations (DGUV, ArbSchG, etc.), both internally and externally within the scope of the measures. You will develop and develop technical tender documents and carry out the technical planning and calculation of construction projects in the area of the associated infrastructure projects. You support the variant planning for optimal technical solutions for new construction, extension and replacement of 110-kV systems (improvement studies) and conduct negotiation talks with service providers as well as local authorities. You will ensure the proper implementation in accordance with the requirements (recognised rules of technology, internal regulations and relevant legal provisions including work and environmental regulations). You will be used in the field of the Schleswig-Holstein network in a regional context.

You have a university/special education degree - Ideally in the fields of electrical engineering / energy technology or comparable. You have good project management experience (ideally in the area of substations). You enjoy complex technical/economic challenges and relationships. In dealing with DV applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP), you are safe. You have knowledge of the legal provisions relevant to the activity; internal rules; applicable occupational safety and environmental provisions; Rules of technology (e.g. IEC, EN, VDE). You are an enthusiastic networker and have fun to exchange and work with colleagues across corporate boundaries. You will find new ways to improve things and go forward with curiosity. You have a passenger car license.
