Order acceptance, processing and complete order tracking Maintenance and updating of order and customer data in SAP and other systems Monitoring the complete order process from order to delivery Introduction and follow-up of corrective measures in case of deviations Coordination with production, logistics and quality assurance to ensure timely deliveries Proactive communication with customers on order status, delivery dates and changes processing of customer requests, complaints and escalations in close coordination with internal departments Construction, maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships Analysis and identification of optimization potentials in order processing Working with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and processes
