Event and Partnership Management Develop creative ideas to develop the House of Kabs as an inspiring meeting point for Hamburg's interior, art and design scene. Plane, organize and accompany events – from DIY workshops to design events and network evenings to artist failures. (m/w/d), Interior-Profis, Creators (m/w/d) and Brand Partners (m/w/d). Work closely with our marketing and creative team and regularly bring new impulses to the house. Ensure with structure, style and hands-on skills that all organi­cational processes around our events and areas can function without friction. Assistant to the Management and Office Coordination As the right hand of the management, you keep the view—organized, predictive and with the view for the essential. You accompany projects from planning to implementation, support in day-to-day business, and always take part in it. Economic relationships can be recognized quickly, prioritize and create a structure in everyday work. You make sure that everything goes round in the office – you coordinate service providers, partners and internal processes. Your own work is in your blood – you pack up, find pragmatic solutions and bring things forward.

Experience in event management, marketing, or in an assistance role with organi­zation. Enthusiasm for interior, design, art or lifestyle themes. Organizational strength, initiative and economic thinking. Hands-on mentality and joy in packing and shaping. Stylish security in the upcoming, empathy in dealing with people and clarity in the communication. Security in the application of digital tools and a structured working style.
