As a key user, you are the central contact person for all system and process related topics in sales. You opt for the use of our sales tools and support their further development. You are the first point of contact for the sales teams on technical issues or challenges in the system. Through targeted problem analysis and pragmatic solutions, you ensure that our sales colleagues can work efficiently. As an interface to IT, you translate sales requirements into technical solutions, accompany system tests and advance practical developments – especially in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project. New processes and system changes are explained to the sales teams in a comprehensible and practical way. You carry out regular training, create understandable instructions and ensure that all employees can work safely and efficiently with the systems. You alternately check the data quality in our sales tools, make sure that customer data is correct and up-to-date, and take care of duplicate management and optimization of input masks.

You have a completed economic studies or a comparable training with a commercial focus. You have very good IT knowledge, are versed in handling MS Office, especially Excel as well as CRM & ERP systems. You are safe in handling different key figures and have the ability to analyze them. Your work is structured and highly process-oriented. You have experiences in project management and cross-functional structures. You are an open minded personality with a safe and binding appearance. You can quickly work into new topics, think with and make your own suggestions. You will not only see problems, but you will find the right solutions taking into account the company's goals. You have very good communicative skills across all hierarchy levels, paired with very good expressiveness and the ability to portray complex facts.
