These are your tasks:

• Avize ready-made boxes to the forwarders
• Creation of ,shipping advices ́
• production of export accompanying documents and freight letters
• Implementation of operational processes for the smooth handling of customer orders in compliance with operational and legal requirements
• Reliable communication with internal and external customers and service providers
• Testing of hazardous goods packaging
• Data acquisition in the SAP system as well as in web applications
• Interface to picking, external freight forwarders and the customer's specialist area

That's what you bring:

• Commercial training (preferably in the field of logistics or forwarding)
• Experience in freight or logistics environment
• Knowledge with MS-Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of German and English
• responsible, conscientious and independent working
