Product Architect (m/f/d)

Professional leadership of the basic product teams in engineering over the entire product lifecycle to ensure performance and viability of market-oriented base products Analysis of customer and stakeholder requirements as well as customer missions, derivation of operational concepts (OpsCon) and all requirements of internal and external stakeholders to the system Creation of specifications and technical concepts as well as planning, creation and adaptation of various product artifacts according to product management process Ensuring continuous optimization of the performance and testing of customer/project-specific technical adaptation requirements and ensuring the technical usability of the base products in customer projects Technical support for product development and, if necessary, adjustment of the present implementation (design) for product optimization and increase usability

Higher education in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology as well as many years of professional experience as a technical manager: in project-specific areas or in system design/development Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering (ideally INCOSE-certified), systems engineering (model-based) as well as basic understanding of military use and needs, including formulation of vignettes and ConOps Comprehensive product or system knowledge, in particular for the operational use of the systems, as well as very good knowledge of the relevant applications (DOORS, MS-Office, ideally MagicDraw) Detailed knowledge of the valid development process, experience in the management of technical product teams, strong customer and service orientation as well as very good English skills Representative team, communication and conflict resolution capability, international and intercultural experience as well as a high degree of self-sufficiency, self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility
