Technical management of industrialization projects (engineering of concepts and production of specifications, planning, implementation, foreign company coordination and risk management) Development and optimization of processes and production plants for series production researching the latest technologies dund implementation; Implementation of innovation projects Definition and further development of process and technology standards based on Lessons Learned (in cooperation with production, development and quality) and their transition to standards Global support of the process department for ASL production sites by industrializing development projects and commissioning new production lines Using Six Sigma Strategies for Process Optimization and Reduction Training within Process Engineering to ensure know-how transfer Support and implementation of P-FMEA ́s Support in the creation of documents to fulfill VC ProMap processes

Completed studies in a technical field of study, for example Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Several years of professional experience in quality, production or project management within the automotive industry Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, knowledge VDA of 6.3/6.5 Policies Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD software flowing knowledge of German and English; Other language skills are advantageous (for example, Spanish, Polish, Chinese) Target-oriented, precise and reliable functioning as well as a high self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility
