ProSenis GmbH is a service provider in the field of professional senior and disabled care. In currently fourteen domiciles, residences and houses, we care about 1,200 seniors and in three other institutions 120 blind, visually impaired and multiplely disabled people. An outpatient care service, day care facilities, short-term and prevention services and a driving service complete our range of services. Our locations are located in Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.

• You will take care of the purchase, control and storage of all necessary foods
• They are responsible for compliance and consideration of hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
• You have an open ear, are contact persons:in for our residents:inside and cooperation partners:inside

This will bring you with

• A completed training as a chef or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the courses of a large kitchen for community services
• You have knowledge of food procurement & storage
• They are characterized by a precise, structured and conscientious procedure
• You care for an appraisal approach
