Must have • Multiannual experience as SAP HCM Consultant with focus on Payroll (PY) • Experience in customizing SAP pay billing • Knowledge of German payroll processes and relevant reporting procedures • Experience with schemes, calculation rules and accounting logic • Structured working and pleasure in understanding complex system logic • Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) Nice to have • Experience with international payroll structures (e.g. Poland) • Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or integration scenarios between HR systems • Experience with ABAP debugging or SAP-HR forms (e.g. smart forms)
