You analyze associations, carriers, networks and non-profit organisations. You identify multipliers, decision-makers and strategic partners. You develop AI-based network analyses and visualize relationships between organizations. You develop strategies to unlock complete networks. You research specialist associations, congresses, events and cooperation platforms. You develop sales and cooperation concepts for different industries – from firefighters to social carriers to golf clubs. You work closely with management, sales and marketing and deliver concrete recommendations for action. You measure the success of your strategies using defined key figures and continuously develop them.
