Creating, developing and updating reports on key-account key figures in our area KAM Production & Services (P&S). Translation of your analysis results into concrete measures and prioritization of these together with the stakeholders. Analysis, visualization and understandably prepared explanation of complex data as the basis for strategic decisions. Target group-oriented presentation of analyses and results before our managers. Analysis of existing sales and control processes in the KAM P&S and identification of potentials for digitization, automation and the use of AI. Detection of potentials for automated, recurring processes and professional support of selected measures. Active participation in cross-departmental projects and selected system and integration projects.

Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Ideally experience in at least one of the following areas: sales / KAM, sales control, reporting, controlling, IT or a comparable function. Very good understanding of key figures, data structures and analytical relationships Experience in creating, developing and interpreting reports and visualizing analysis results. Impressed communication skills to convey results and recommendations to addressees. Safe and professional appearance towards executives. Basic understanding of digitalization, automation and AI topics and willingness to further develop them. Good understanding of system and tool landscapes in the sales and analysis environment (e.g. through knowledge in SAP and Power BI). Structured, independent and reliable operation with pronounced analytical and strategic thinking.
