Strategic development of machine technology in the KEMNA Group – Focus on raw material and asphalt production Technical and economic project controlling of investment projects in process engineering plant engineering, in particular in the field of raw material and asphalt production Creation of regular project status, cost and progress reports on decision support for management Economic assessment and evaluation of project applications and investment decisions taking into account life cycle costs, efficiency and sustainability Market monitoring and evaluation of technical innovations in machine and plant engineering and derivation of future-oriented strategies for the further development of machine technology in raw materials and production plants Technical advice and support of project managers as well as systematic investigation, documentation and transfer of experience values between projects and locations Support for projects from the main administration and on site

Graduate as a master of engineering, as an alternative to a degree as a technician (m|w|d) with a focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or conveyor technology or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in the maintenance and control of technical plant construction (even in the direction of raw material or building material production such as asphalt, cement, concrete or direction of firing, or conveying technology), including the monitoring of approval procedures good knowledge of legal principles and standards (especially BImSchG) required Knowledge in handling project software (such as MS Project, Power Project) and AutoCAD Passion for raw materials, building materials and technology Readiness to travel within the framework of project management Wide vision and enjoyment of strategic work Communication strength and safe occurrence to internal and external contact persons as well as diplomatic sensitivity and professional handling at management level
