Planning and preparation of production orders using technical documents and drawings
Selection and installation of CNC-controlled milling machines and tools
Programming, adaptation and testing of CNC machining programs for precise production of workpieces
clamping the blanks and carrying out test runs to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality
Quality control of the manufactured components by means of measuring means such as measuring slides, measuring screws and surface measuring devices
Post-processing and deburring of workpieces to meet the quality requirements
Completed vocational training as machining mechanic with milling technology, CNC milling machine or comparable qualification
Funded knowledge of setting up, programming and operating CNC milling machines
Experience in handling technical drawings, CAD data and CNC controls
Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment for quality control
Teamability, reliability and high operational readiness
