You manage and optimize our ILIAS-based Learning Management System (LMS) “LEOS” with a focus on user experience, usability and LMS usage Together with the team, you are the first contact point for support requests from all users of the LMS In order to adapt and develop the system, you agree with both specialist departments and internal and external (IT) service providers. They support the educational organization in the planning and management of educational services
