About the company

Our client is an internationally operating medium-sized family company in the Greater Ulm and world-leading manufacturer in its industry. The company employs several hundred employees and is financially well positioned. With over three decades of experience, the company offers customized solutions to meet the individual requirements of its customers. Due to a succession, we are looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d) for this client. You carry out the monthly billing independently with SAP S/4HANA. You create social insurance estimates as well as personnel cost forecasts. You collect and maintain personal master files, personal files and data of the time economy. You create evaluations and statistics to support management and executives. You accompany wage tax, social security and audits and supervise the topics of occupational pensions. You are in exchange with sickness funds, authorities, social security institutions and other external bodies. You are competent contact persons for employees in all questions relating to the billing of charges.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge in the pay bill. You have very good knowledge of SAP as well as common MS Office applications. You are characterized by an independent, structured and careful operation. You convince with pronounced communication skills and professional handling of different contact persons. You have very good German and good English skills.
