Support of existing customers, care and development of personal, long-term customer relationships based on the core values of Bethmann Bank with the support of senior customer supporters Head of Business for EAM Accompanying and coordinating the account opening procedure for EAM Processing and support of KYC processes (Know Your Client) Current assessment of the quality of the daily business and close feedback to the relationship managers and senior customer supporters Answer Enquiries from EAM to bills and tax documents with support from senior customer supporters Disposition, control and processing of payment transactions Project work

Business training or business studies and professional experience in customer care Knowledge and experience in customer support Very good planning and organizational skills Self-employment/self-initiative High commitment and commitment Excellent communication skills, contact, friendliness Very good customer and team orientation High service and service idea Good computer skills, and very good knowledge in MS Office applications Advantageous knowledge of Bethmann Bank systems (OBS, Fenergo, Tibco Prowflow, MSD, Evidos, Kosmos, CONCORD) Very good enforcement and stamina Experience in the External Asset Manager segment
