Together, we develop relevant, innovative and cross-channel services and messages on the basis of our profound knowledge. This will make a sustainable contribution to the success of REWE.

As a Marketing Strategy & Transformation Team, we design the comprehensive orientation of our omnichannel marketing. As a central office, we are always in close contact with our CMO and all REWE marketing executives. Our aim is to optimally interlink the activities of all areas of expertise and thus make our marketing even more effective. Both in brand positioning and marketing planning and in varied strategic projects, we work closely with the entire marketing. We always keep an overview of all themes and shape the future of REWE marketing – from image and offer communication to innovative approaches to communication and collaboration between over 300 colleagues in marketing.

What you do with us: You have everything in mind: When working on REWE's strategy and organization of omnichannel marketing. You are in the middle of it: you support strategic projects to further develop marketing. You are in the lead: by conducting and interpreting analyses on customer needs, competitive developments and current marketing trends, as well as taking recommendations from these. You are packing up: When creating presentations. Integration is important to you: support coordination of internal and external interfaces.

You have a high affinity for omnichannel marketing topics in food retail and a high degree of proactivity and self-responsibility. You are a student:in (ideally in Master's degree) or a graduate of Business Administration or a related degree course with above-average achievements, preferably with a focus on marketing. You have first practical experience in the marketing or strategy environment through other internships or work students activities. You have an analytical, structured mindset and your MS Office skills complete your profile.
