• Technical and disciplinary management and further development of a team in building management

• Planning and project processing in the field of electrical engineering across all performance phases of HOAI

• Coordination and professional support of employees in the field of building services – focus on electrical engineering

• Responsibility for project accounting, reporting and project controlling

• Examination of the contract and performance plan with technical evaluation

• Control and development of maintenance planning

• Identification of optimization potentials and further development of electrotechnical processes in building management

• Complete studies in electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification

• Multiannual experience in project management or planning of electrical installations, ideally first management experience

• Secure handling of popular MS Office applications

• Knowledge in building and contract law (BGB, VOB) desirable

• Structured approach and economic thinking in complex technical tasks

• Communication strength in interdisciplinary teams as well as handling clients and after-contractors

• German and English knowledge of at least B2 level
