in your role as development engineer Mechatronics, you will design, specify, design, evaluate and document highly complex actuator sensor systems for our products, as well as implement in the interdisciplinary team and partner network and industrialize in the product

In their role as development engineer, You accompany the complete life cycle of mechatronic actuator sensor systems – from feasibility study to industrialization of our hardware, including ensuring design verification, manufacturing and integration capability, and risk management

Through the deep embedding of the mechatronic systems in the product, the requirement management (system engineering) in close contact with all relevant stakeholders is an important part of their work

through targeted data analysis and evaluation, system brokers, modeling and application of problem solving strategies and systematic analysis capability, you will ensure industrialization from a development perspective and address problems effectively in your role in the team

Communication with a development network from international high-tech industry partners and research institutions

Presentation and representation of the topics assigned to you to internal and external customers

You have an excellent university degree in mechatronics, microsystems engineering, technical physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of expertise

You have comprehensive knowledge of the development of high-precision actuators and sensors and their combination

you also have experience in the holistic development of mechatronic actuator sensor systems

You bring several years of professional experience from industry or science and have sound knowledge in relevant mechatronics disciplines

You are able to perform requirement management (system architecture) in complex interaction environments and have ideally already gained practical experience in this area

Knowledge and experience in micro actuators and microsensors, including MEMS, are advantageous

ideally, you have practical experience in identifying and classifying errors in actuator sensor systems as well as knowledge in defining and performing targeted experiments and simulations

You are experienced in the targeted analysis and evaluation of system measurement data, for example using MATLAB

You are characterized by a structured approach to problem solutions and targeted communication

You work independently and systematically and have excellent organizational and communicative skills

You are delighted to act as part of an interdisciplinary team and partner network in a highly dynamic environment

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
