You support the administrative support of training and learning offers, such as evaluation of the evaluation sheets of our internal academy You develop a concept for an appreciation and structured offboarding, which professionally accompanies outgoing employees and ensures a sustainable knowledge transfer You support staff development in the design and implementation of mentoring programs that promote the exchange and further development of our employees You contribute to the creation of performance descriptions and in the preparation of tenders in the context of personnel development (e.g. for new learning formats or mediations) You actively contribute ideas to our ongoing development projects and support the team in the administrative daily business

You are immatriculated in full-time for the degree programme Business Administration, Business Psychology or Social Sciences with a focus on personnel (min. 3 semesters). Further requirements: Your self-employed and careful way of working will make you profitable In addition to your sovereign appearance, you convince as a team-oriented personality You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) Safe handling of the most common Microsoft Office products completes your profile

Depending on the personal requirements, a fee is possible from the E4 payment group to the E5 TV‐L with all agreed social services.
