Coordinating tasks within the framework of project control (planning, information, evaluation) Participation in technical and commercial reporting Ensuring prequalification and support in project prequalifications Support of construction billing in cooperation with construction management and follow-up management Temporary visits of nationwide construction sites Specific evaluations and monitoring in the supply and execution phases Collection and processing of information on content creation for internal and external communication channels Support in the development of group-strategic measures in the areas of lean management, innovation, digitalisation and sustainability Supporting the structural areas in the implementation of digitalization projects Transfer of know-how within the railway management

Completed degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of civil engineering, economic engineering and a comparable degree Preferably first practical experience in the construction industry (e.g. internship, working student) Very good knowledge in general (Microsoft 365) and industry-specific (iTWO) IT applications Practical and/or theoretical knowledge of the Lean method of advantage Embossed communicative skills and rapid understanding Engaged personality with high IT affinity and great interest in optimizing processes High analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working
