Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable technical qualification Experience in the development or technical implementation of software and platform solutions knowledge in at least one relevant technology area (e.g. Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, Python, DevOps, Docker or Kubernetes or comparable) Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with high responsibility Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to customers, departments and technical teams Ideally experience with BMC Helix, ITSM/ESM or enterprise service management platforms Very good German and good English skills
